Our charming holiday house offers 55 square meters of living space fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The house features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and living area, a master bedroom, and a gallery with three single beds. The compact bathroom and ample storage space provide added convenience during your stay.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the refreshing sea breeze on our spacious covered outdoor terrace, spanning 70 m2. This delightful space comes with a charming garden and a barbecue fireplace, creating a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
Located just 10 meters from the sea and the closest rocky beach, the house offers easy access to the picturesque natural surroundings of the densest Mediterranean archipelago.
PRICING IN 2024
If you plan to visit us in 2024, here’s some information on our pricing.
For stays in May, June, and September, our rate is a €220 per night. During the vibrant summer months of July and August, our rate adjusts slightly to €240 per night.
The minimum stay with us is 7 days.
For confirmation of the reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total cost to be paid. The total amount of the reservation should be paid before arrival.
We can arrange for you a transfer by speedboat from Murter to Kornati and back for 400€.
And for those who want to be mobile, we also offer small motor boat rental at 30€ per day.

How to reach Lučica bay?
The bay of Bijela Lučica on the island of Kornat, where the cottage is located, is about 20 NM away from the place of residence of the host, Murter. Transport by speedboat, which is charged extra (400€ in both directions), is therefore organized from Murter, where guests can safely park their car in front of the host family house, buy groceries and supplies. The trip to the Kornati starts early in the morning and lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival on the Kornati, the host prepares a cottage for new guests and transfers previous guests back to Murter. Preparation can take up to 4 hours.
Is there possibility of renting a small motor-boat?
There is a possibility of renting a small motorboat for driving around (30€/day + gas, not more than 20€ for a week's stay which depends on how much you will travel).
Is there a secure berth for the boat in Lučica bay?
If guests arrive in their own arrangements, or with their own boat there is a free and secure boat berth in the port, in front of the cottage. Longitude: 15°15'23.86"I, latitude: 43°50'16.24"S.
Is fishing allowed in National Park Kornati?
It is important to note that sport fishing within the area of the National Park is only allowed with a special permit issued by the Public Institution National Park Kornati. Obtaining a permit can be difficult, especially during the summer period, as there is a limited number of permits available. It is recommended to check with the Public Institution National Park Kornati for more information on obtaining a permit and regulations regarding sport fishing in the area.
Is there any market in the area?
The closest market is placed in the Vrulje bay, 3NM on the south but we can arrange delivery of the fresh groceries and necessities as much as needed but it is charged 20 euro per delivery. There is a possibility to buy fresh fish from local fishermen in the bay Lučica.
Do you offer a secure parking in Murter?
Our guests can safely park their car in front of our family house in Murter.
Are the pets allowed?
Sorry, furry friends are not welcome, but you can always bring a stuffed animal for company.
Where are the closest beaches?
It's worth noting that the distance between the house and the nearest rocky beach is 10 meters, making it convenient for guests to access. Additionally, the beautiful sandy beach of Lojena is located 1.2 KM away but can get crowded during peak hours. For a more secluded sandy beach experience, guests can travel 4.3 NM to the island of Dugi Otok to visit Lojišće Beach. This beach is less crowded and can be accessed by a small motor boat in approximately one hour. Visiting the tremendous white cliffs of Dugi Otok can also be a great trip to add to the itinerary.
Does your house have air conditioning?
The cottage is designed to take advantage of natural ventilation and cooling, with windows and doors that can be opened to allow the Maestral wind to flow through the house. The use of fans and proper window and door placement can help to keep the cottage cool and comfortable, even without air conditioning.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 7 days due to the demanding logistics behind this kind of accommodation.
Do we need to pay an entrance tickets for the National park Kornati?
Entrance tickets are included in the price of accommodation and they are valid for the boats under 6,99 m/23ft. Guests will receive their tickets during the check in.
Where are the closest restaurants?
Lučica Bay is one of the few, if not the only, inhabited bay on the island of Kornat that does not have any restaurant. This also means that it is one of the quietest and most peaceful bays in the Kornati Islands.
This being said, the nearest restaurants are located in the neighboring bays: Kravljačica (approx. 1.8 NM) and Šipnate (approx. 1.5 nautical miles) and the neighboring island of Levrnaka (approx. 1.5 NM).
Please keep in mind that the restaurants and markets in the area of the National park Kornati are around 20% more expensive than on the mainland.
What about electricity and drinking water?
Please keep in mind that this type of Kornati Island accommodation is classified under a Robinson accommodation which among other things means that water (rainwater from the cistern) and electricity (solar panel, 220V) must be used with reasonable care. Rain watter from the cistern is suited for showering and washing the dishes.
We offer our guests spring water in 15-liter containers that can be placed on the dispenser located in the house.
